I did see the post earlier, just not got around to asking for information - other tasks called me away.

I think this is the 3rd post where the Stylizers.ofx has been the issue.

Hi John EB, with 2 monitors , although I couldn't rearrange them - means #1 was always #1 however I rearranged them. But when I made one monitor "make this my main display", everything works the way I wanted it !!

Ray - MMS 2022 doesn't recognize 10 bit color on a timeline...so I stopped recording in 10 bit :((

Thanks for the feedback.

The option you had to set determines which screen the Windows start up and main desktop appears on - if your arrangement is the same as mine the second screen does not become active until Windows has loaded and is displaying the desktop.

Agreed - if Quicktime is installed the video clip may appear on the timeline, however have no image..

I too have found discrepancies with running two monitors between the Intel Graphics control Center and Windows.

Windows gives the correct information (in black) while the Intel program does not but controls how the mouse movement works. If I have the setting so that the Intel screen mirrors the Windows screen then I have to move the mouse cursor away from the opposing screen to get it to appear on the next screen. Something is definitely balked somewhere.

MMS does not have access to show or export anything above BT709 unlike VPX although MMS should be able to import files using BT2020. Export to BT2020 is only available for HEVC encoding with VPX.

Do you mean the 'mirror' or 'Duplicate' option if so the desktop if so then that is the wrong setting.

The Windows desktop must be Extended to give 2 independent parts of the desktop that you can move across from one to the other with ease - just make sure the left monitor is set to be the left otherwise you have to run off the left edge to enter the right monitor from the right side.

I have never mirrored my desktop and is always set to extended.

Looking in front of me this view of monitor placement from Windows and identification is correct.

The Intel one is wrong.

If I try to swap the monitor positions in the Intel or Windows app then I have to move the mouse outward, away from the opposing screen for it to appear on the next screen from its outward edge. So move mouse on right screen to outside (right) edge to see it appear on the left monitor on the left side of the screen. So I leave the Intel program alone.

Apart from the wrong reporting of which screen is where from the Intel app, the other thing it effects is setting up videos to play equally in both monitors for tonal and colour balance. That gets confusing as to which app to alter (nvidia or Intel) or if a monitor setting needs adjustment. At present it is as close as I ever get it but I hate it when over time (months) I notice a slight drift beyond the natural viewing angle differences. I have my monitors at a slight 'V'.
