Transitions not working

Hi there, I wonder if you could help. I have Movie edit pro premium and have had this nearly a year got the latest updates, for some reason the transition are no longer working had them working before eg using cube rotation is now not doing anything just carries on to the next scene. Anybody else had this and know how to fix it I would very grateful. Kind regards Peter

Can you analyse the source video clip seen on your timeline above with MediaInfo, which you can download from here, and post the results of the analysis.

See this tutorial on how to setup MediaInfo and analyse a video clip for all the data required.

Are there any video colour effects, or transitions that fade through a colour, including black, applied to the video clips on the timeline in your images you have provided?
