The link that you gave for Vegas goes to a list compiled by a user, not by the Vegas design team or Magix.
EDIT: Unfortunately, no, not like what is shown by the Vegas user. However, here is a link to the Magix site showing the history of new features going back to 2016. No patch information.
That said, there may be a user who has kept a list of new features and changes and patches. As well, one of us has usually posted the changes for some of the patches and you can search for those.
With each patch, there is usually a listing of the changes and bug fixes for all patches for the version.
It would be good for someone to maintain a list.

Further to the above, I went back under the General tab, isolated MAGIX (turned off Off-Topic) and went through the posts by Magix, as well as some under Video and searched for MAGIX_Redaktion. I noticed that a few new releases and patches were missing from a couple of years ago. The list includes Video Pro X, since that is what I mainly use. Here is the list so far - needs work:
