OK if Magix wont acknowledge any of the issues everyone is having with MM21 how about you pay us all our money back and our £14.99 a month subscriptions that I am still paying for but cannot use
Same old magix im afraid , i have 2018premium and had all sorts of problems in the beginning got it sorted with a ticket/support and never let magix mm go online again since it got fixed , nearly two years to the day i decided to update one instrument and oh my wish i had'nt , clicked no the the upgrade mm and it decided to do it anyhow ,Now awaiting a ticket response , i hope you get your problem sorted .
I am actually speaking with technical support and they have never come across this problem, I am expecting to wait a long time before this gets sorted.
I hoped I wouldnt be writing this again, but it worked for a couple of days and went back to only allowing two or three loops to be used, I can put in say a piano part, then a drum part and thats it, it wont allow anything else to be added, its got to the point, I have not used it for a few weeks now, I have uninstalled, re installed a few times but seem to be getting nowhere fast.
I have upgraded to 2021 which at first was ok and i pay for unlimited loops which now are not working i have been using MM for a very long time started with MM16 and upgraded everytime and had no problems until i upgraded to MM21 to which i payed for so why are my unlimited loops not working ?
@zionism This is likely a log-in-problem caused by the last update. Try the following. Open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the old cache. It should work again after doing this.
I never got anywhere with my original problem so decided to forget MMM altogether, but thanks for reminding me I have been paying for unlimited loops, I have now cancelled
