We need more information to help diagnose the issue(s) you are having:

• The specification of your computer system including Windows version and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and also what monitor/screen resolution(s) you are working with if this is a laptop.
  
  I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
   
• A screen shot of the Program settings, Device options tab  would help.
   
• Assuming you mean adding titles to a timeline is not working, give more detailed information on the steps you are going through.

Ehawk50 Hi All,.My specs of my computer Intel15 9400F.CPU 2,90 ram 8Gbs Win 10 Home version 22hz.my problem is ..when adding titles to the timeline script. these titles after saving and when coming back the next day has not saved any titles, sometimes no video and sound .this can be patchy also. Using Microsoft Defender as virus eliminator i have found that another virus eliminator was on the computer,so have deleted the program. Have downloaded new copy of Magix Platinum only slightly better. This problem has occured within last 2 months has been o.k. before that..Hoping an answer can be found.cheers Ehawk50 Hope this story in the correct placf .Sorryif is not.

Hi and welcome to the user to user forums.

New topics can be posted using the New Topic box that would normally appear at the top of each webpage when browsing topics. That would have been your best bet.

As for your problem, the Intel15 9400F has no inboard GPU so you must have another third party GPU installed.

Depending on the GPU's age, the driver may not be up to date or the GPU not actually powerful enough or able to use direct X12.1 or NVENC.

It may be worth checking both.

Hi All, re my last letter.A little more info now When making clips of video and sound clips on the timeline the "save as" does not save that clip.Have found that opening up video and sound tracks is slightly better on timeline,It does not save the sound for one or more clips 99% will be saved but not the1%..I have clip of 14 minuets ,no video and no sound only titles for the first minutes ..I export "movie" as VIDEO MPEG 4.Preset comes up as Full HD 1920.1080 50fps.Give it a name and push o.k..Why does it not save .all video and sound. Specs. Intel core i-59400f CPU@ 2.90.GEForce GTX 1060 Gaming 8Gbanly clips come back tomorrow and some wont be saved.Everything is up to date regarding updates in system Cheers Eric...ps hope this in correct place..........
