How do I solve the above problem? I've reloaded Movie two times and keep getting the same error. Or is it the third time is the charm?

One step forward, however no resolution to the original issue.

OpenCL.dll is part of the Intel drivers - try a clean install following this procedure do note the part about disconnecting from the Internet after downloading the driver, you may still have the current one from the previous attempt to install.

Stopped, removed and re-installed Intel HD Graphics 530. Note the following message from Intel:

"A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver & Support Assistant is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact Dell for the latest driver for your computer."

However, SUCCESS. No error module. I can now use MEP without failure.
