I have asked about this before. All previous answers and the original issue can be found here: https://www.magix.info/us/forum/analog-synths-not-working--1222240/
I have had extensive issues with getting the Vita virtual instrument "Analog Synths" to work in MAGIX Music Maker. As shown above, this is an issue I have been dealing with for a while. All previous answers anyone gave were unhelpful, and even after a MAGIX employee gave some suggestions, I was left nowhere near a solution. I even submitted a support ticket on the company's website, which was answered by the same employee who spoke to me in the original thread and resulted in more head scratching because it too was unhelpful.
What is happening?
I am unable to use Analog Synths in projects inside the MAGIX Music Maker program. I cannot see or select the VST from the "Instruments" tab, however, I can select it by clicking the "+" button on an empty track.
For some reason, it doesn't have an icon like the other MAGIX instruments, and when I try to choose a preset, this happens.
I have no idea where this would even be on my computer. After closing these boxes, this is what I get.
The track this appears for produces no sound whatsoever when I try to use it for MIDI. I have not had this issue with any other instruments purchased from the Music Maker Store. And yes, I did purchase it and it is authorized, because there is no lock on it when viewed in the store (again, this doesn't show up under the Instruments tab).
I am constantly having to redownload it and install it, just to have it repeat this same process.
I am at my wits end with this thing, and wish I could make use of this instrument because looking at the presets, it seems like a really useful VST, but I absolutely cannot get it to work!
