Just filmed a Memorial Service uploaded the video into ProX14 and no audio yet 5 days ago the same file type ProRes pxy was fine
No Audio after import

when you say 'my PC Snipping tool never makes it to the list' ? when i do that windows key + shift + s the screen darkens & i get the selection option, but as soon as i click it just goes away, no option to save
PS just realised the save option is a in the Notification window on the right

When I use the Windows search tool - shortcut Windows + S - and s is entered in the search box (red arrow in your image below) the Snipping tool does not appear in the list as in your image below.
