I have purchased Acid Pro Suite 11. I want to know only When I downloaded Instruments & Loop Collections from the Help Menu. So Everything Loops, Samples, One-shot, & Some VST instruments downloaded. But I still confused. Can I use this loops & samples for Commercial Purpose. There is no any proof. Some Vita Vst Instruments Installed I have got knowledge inside Acid Pro Suite DAW Store That is purchased showing.

But Loops & Samples (purchasing details) is not showing.

Please help.

Unless you have specifically bought the Commercial Licence for each loop or soundpool you want to use "commercially" then no, they cannot be used for such purposes.

Just to be absolutely clear, Soundpools and Loops which are bundled with your purchase of ACID cannot be used commercially. Instruments can be used commercially if the actual notes and rhythms they "play" are entirely your own work.

@emmrecs Are you sure about this? The loops included in Samplitude Pro X can be used commercially. And the content included in Video Pro X can also be used commercially. Maybe Acid Pro as well?

@RYK-EDM Definitely check the EULA. I currently don't have Acid installed so I cannot say if the loops can be used commercially. If you make your own music only with the virtual instruments you can definitely use it commercially.

What i wrote is certainly my understanding but I would be happy to be proved wrong! As you advised to @RYK-EDM, he needs to carefully check the EULA along with that page I linked to.

In this image Magix website is clearly showing Tons of ACIDized loops & samples is 16.6 GB comes with

ACID PRO 11 SUITE ULTIMATE BUNDLE. So all those things are coming with same commercial license like DAW, Plugins, VST's, and all tools. So loops & samples are also may be available with commercial license according to this website.

Please clear this information I think it is right.

I want to know only about of commercial license of Tons of ACIDized loops & samples which is coming with ACID PRO 11 SUITE ULTIMATE BUNDLE.

It answers your question that included loops with program can be used commercially, its only when you purchase Soundpools at producerplanet for example you need to choose commercial license option..

@PATIENT-X For those loops and samples there is no any commercial license required which already comes with Acid Pro Suite 11. Because its already licensed under Magix Acid Pro Suite 11 bundle.

Please clear this also. If I'm right.
