I have Movie Edit Pro 17 Plus hd. I just got a new computer, and put the program (Movie Edit...) in the new computer, now I cannot register. Magix response is "that serial number is being used by a dfferent e-mail address" ERROR 24. HELP !

I have Magix Pro16. When I try to burn a DVD, I get the following errors- Burning was aborted with the following error: error when rendering the menu and menu encoding failed. Any help will be appreciated. I'mm not able to burn a DVD.
