I have just loaded Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus on a new computer with Windows 8. Everything works well until I try to burn a CD. Any suggestions?

When I look at my timeline view in Movie Edit Pro MX, I have several scenes that are no showing up in my Storyboar or Scenes view. Also when I burn the the movie to DVD, it only burns whats in the scenes view. How can I fix this?
