This version of  " Hallelujah", I think is much better than the first. I took the advice of DEPO57 (Paolo) and used strings in this arrangement.  I also used some alternative chords (tri-tone substitution chords) which make the song more interesting since there is so much repetition.  I would greatly appreciate your opinions as to which version you prefer.  This is how were learn....by listening to advice of others, experimenting with different concepts and getting honest feedback from others in the Community.

Thank you very much

I'm not here for stars score but coment with advice for improvement of my music.

at my coment on music of others, I remain honest. this must be mutual .

I give my voice just as public and not as someone who knows something from music.

Hi!

Hi Trish

I liked both versions well.
The first version was a bit "direct", you have the original song taken almost exactly with your melody.

The second version sounds soulful and enticing more to dream.

Technically, both interpretations are top.

Hi Trish:

Definitely a much fuller and rounder sound on this second rendition.  The addition of the strings (especially for this type of song) enhances the angelic-like tonality that this piece has always conveyed to most listeners.

Without launching into my usual 'prose', let's just say that I adore the song, and equally, your interpretation of it.

A wonderful and entertaining musical experience, my good friend...

hellooooooooooooooo amazing Trish

I agree with Bernd

I feel the same cause ur music is from the kind that performnce cover every thing else

ur amazing performance don't let me focus on any other element

but ofcaurse the strings make deeper but the first was more simple

all of us has some opinion

but all of us agree on that ur perfomance is the best thing in ur tracks

good day

Hi Trish,

I like em both and both can stand alone. The addition of strings in this one certainly adds some meat and lushness but the leaness of the first one also has an attraction and frames the song in a slightly melancholic tone which I find beautiful. I can't pick one over the other, love them both. Just have to put them in my FAV's together.

Super job!

Cheers,

Stuart
