The short hunting

A few months ago I was sitting and listening to classic consert on the radio (it's there every night). A musician and composer named Friedrich Guldas was introduced. He has made some very exciting concerts for cellos and other instruments, and in these concerts my friends, who are employed in the Odense Symphony Orchestra, play in the radio at actual live time.

I listened and fell musically in love with him fun´s Gulda's adventure and a few days later I got the idea to try for myself, with the options I have.

It turned into "The short hunt", which then also became the working title.
I searched and searched in the more than 200 soundpools and other old samples I have, but just could not find a guitar that could express the "drama" that I wanted.

Then I thought of my good music friend Jochen-S from Germany and thought, wondering if he might want to challenge himself with classical drama????
I wrote and asked, and he actually said YES to the challenge right away, and we then worked on this piece.
I F.R.H. have made the calssic part and drums.
Jochen has live recorded guitar both rhythm and lead, as well as leadout and remastered and has made this lovely logo for the piece of music.

The result is far far above my expectation and I can not thank Jochen-S enough for the good cooperation TUMP UP my freind.

I hope you alle like it - it is wery different than usaly

Make magix music, it is realy fun

Hi Fin,is also a good idea to include Jochen in a classic soundtrack.

I like it and maybe the next one will be a little longer.

Nice work from both of you 👌👍👏.

Jochen-S Guitar greatly emphasized the essence of Soundtrack, I imaginat film on the psychic screen something from the Middle Ages, something from that time. Interesting. Nice.

Many thanks to EVERYONE for comment and likes.

Yes, most of you caught the idea "short hunt" is also a "short piece", but you are right, it could very well be much longer. In fact, it was not my idea that it should be long, it should just give expression to a successful short hunt, it is not possible to make the music long.
My idea was that a fair amount should happen in a short time and that is exactly what Jochen helped me to express in the best way.
I do not know if Jochen-S would be just as willing to fire it for between 15 and 20 minutes, with preparatory hunting, introduction, detection, escape, hunting and pursuit and then final climax, it would probably be just as legal to ask about for a voluntary work. I am very proud of the result Jochen-S has produced in the short music I produced.

A magnificent superb piece, Finn creates great classical soundtracks and Jochen creates the additional energy and drive of this excellent structural piece. A brilliant collaboration guys, short but sweet, I feel part 2 has to be continued for the finale. Cheers👍😁🍺🍺🍺

Stephen - Thank you I am happy for your comment and i think Jochen also is.
maybe sometime that can be expanded on the piece, but then I'm afraid it will be about 9-10 minutes long as there is then a longer story and tell musically LOL

Hello Finn,

great work. If you make Rock-Music you can learn much of the classic composers. I like most Edvard Grieg and J. S. Bach. So your Classic meets rock is a good combination of past and present.

I listen to all kinds of music and have always done so, but have mostly been to rock n´ roll - by listening to Frederich Guldac I got the courage to try to mix rock and classical. I myself have numerous classic CDs so there are many opportunities to experiment. Thank you for your comment - stay healthy
