Part of a musical I am developing based on the 1980s Sierra adventure game "King's Quest". A medieval hero has some time alone with his thoughts on a quest to kill the dragon who holds his lady love prisoner. The song ends abruptly as the hero King Graham comes face to face with his foe.

Ian and Arianna, What an interesting tale about a dragon, and sadly it doesn't end well, my friends! I love how you sing "off to slay the..." and we know the dragon got you. There is a real medieval sound to the music, and I love the sound of the bodhran; I assume it's a kind of drum, Brother? Great to hear a song about a dragon; as there are very few that I know of, Ian. Great story and lyrics and a twist and drama at the end with suspense up until that point! A great performance and song! Broadway is not easy, and you prove every time what great songwriters you both are! Your voice is unique, Ian! VME! Clay 10,000 Suns! 👍👍👍👍👍 P.S. I love your dragon graphic, Ian and Arianna!

You can not always be lucky and get the one you strive for, it happens that things end abruptly. It's damn well made and I still absolutely love your vocals and instrumentation, the lady is eminent on bass.

It's great to see you and Clay and all the other wonderfully talented people who came from acidplanet. We lost a LOT of music in that move...Anyhoo, Kings Quest has become mine and Arianna's quarantine jam so the development of this show just feels right at the moment :D Glad you enjoyed it!
