This is a jazzy beat which I have been working on for awhile. I made another like this a long time ago, so I didn't want to repeat the same beat. I hope you will enjoy this version.
I love the music and how you have orchestrated it. Rhythm is nice. It needs a little "Tweeking" but other than that the music is great. As far as vocals, if they are looped, live vocals would be perfect for this song. If the vocals are live, less is more...so maybe not so much vocal input and a little more mastering work on the vocals that you do keep. This is a terrific jazz cut, Tetley. It just needs a little more work to set it off.
Great job....great concept...great song. Keep working it!!!

Hi Tetley:
Thanks for inviting me to the party. Reminds me of some of those impromptu, late-night jam sessions we had back in the days of, "Wind & Roses". The young vocal; though not "scat", still 'vamps' nicely with the instruments. Along with the stacatto beat, sax and bass, makes for a pleasant 'ear-ride', buddy.
Go on with your bad self, man...

Hi Tetley
I love the beat and the instrumentation but I'm sorry I have to agree with some of the others about the vocal. I am not a big fan of vocals and my personal preferences should not enter into an evaluation but I would like this so much more without the vocal. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed your song,
