When I did this piece of music, I was very much influenced by movie themes. I think this music could be an intro to a movie about....., well I don't know, maybe you know :-)

I'm not sure if I agree about the lack of bass guitar. In my mind this music is more to be played by a big symphony orchestra with a lot of strings and percussions.
