Hi Gryami:

Thanks for the invitation.  Not a bad first attempt at the genre.  The rhythm and piano "comping" are quite catchy.  I think you used Magix's Jazz samples?  I also like your bass guitar accompaniment.  As I mentioned to you earlier, "Jazz" has many, many facets, so, there is no real format to follow.  I will say this however, Jazz allows great room for improvisation.  And, this is where a musician can add his/her own stamp of originality to any song.

Overall, a good and promising start...  If you don't start, you'll never finish...

Love the laid back, jazz (definitely for my ears anyhow) feel to this.  Works wonderfully well already, but anything Griff offers up as advice is always worth listening to and taking on board.  He is a jazz god here.

Hi Gryami,

Nice flow to this piece, laid back rythym section with some interesting keys comping over the melody.

Liked the guitar work very much and the keyboards were excellent.

ich habe das auch nicht so mit diesem genre....

lausche aber gerne,ist nicht so extrem jazzig und mit doch viel harmonie gebunden,weniger in disharmonie !

mein fazit hier liegt bei sehr gelungen....somit volle punkte von mir !

....das ende etwas unglücklich.....

First attempt at jazz?  seriously?  Well I would say you did a very, very good job!  The piano has a great sound and I agree with Christoph that there are sections with a Latin vibe and it fits well with the rest of the song. Oh...and I liked the bass also!
