Here's another one from my archives. (This one goes back about 4 years). Never really had the time to finish it, except recently. Hope you enjoy and have a great listen,
Usual super Griff track! Everything fits perfectly. Loved the riffing flute, very sweet! Progression is amazing! The bass line and drums work perfectly together.
Into my Favs!
I understand you're taking a slight (I hope) hiatus to fully mend. I look forward to your return.
Best Regards and thanks for sharing your wonderful music.
Mate, I just saw that you are not a member of the magix community anymore. It saddens me but I'm sure you have your reasons.
your support and positive feedback will always be cherished, and your magnificant contriburtions will continue to inspire. I hope we hear from you again when the time is right.
Hi Griff. I'm totally uplifted and appalled in equal measure. Totally uplifted by the relentlessly superb offerings you have contributed to this forum. This is outstanding, even among that collection. You say it's been languishing for four years in your unfinished locker - well it's out now and no mistake. Love the piano groove and pulsing drive that forms the framework for the wonderfully played instrumentation. As Trish takes pains to point out - those who know you a little understand you play all this stuff yourself, both with real instruments and vst wizardry. A testament to your prodigious talent. Jaw droppingly awesome (to use a word I usually try to avoid, but is appropriate here. Goes in my favourites folder and to the top of the list there, without hesitation.
So why did I also say 'appalled'? Well to hear that you felt it necessary to drop out, as I understand it because of spiteful trolling by certain other 'members', casts a terrible pall over the forum. That the administrators are reticent or worse, powerless to do anything about such individuals is serious cause for concern for the future of the forum. I know Trish has already suffered similar such abuse, but luckily we still have her here. Real musicianship seems to pose a threat to some people, rather than present the great inspiration it should. That is very sad.
I do know that you have other stuff going on that is taking large chunks of your time, and that they are a contrbutory factor to your decision. Here's hoping we can tempt you, your music and your generous spirit back here, once things settle down for you a bit. To put positive spin on a depressing situation - when you return your locker should be even more jam packed with aural goodies to make hearts sing. I look forward to that day very much.
Be well, my friend. We will miss you. The forum is a lesser place for your departure.

Hello Griff - nice parting groove - we will all miss you, your giving to others, your generious warmth of encouragement to people like myself with little musical talent. Wherever you go just remember there will always be special place here for you. Missing you loads already, almost forgot 5* for the track.
