However, to clarify….. the ‘side’ is the swing stand. The later is kept out of focus to give the subject a dramatic effect. You must aware of this commonly followed feature in photography.
 

I am sure you click pictures of random people at fairs, flea markets, and downtowns; and you don’t go on asking your subjects their names, addresses and other details. The same works in the Arab (and other parts of the world) as well. And afterall…..“What’s in a name….” (Courtesy: The Bard of Avon)

I know the technique of keeping things out of fotos... but I can't see the dramatic effect here...

And no... I don't take random pictures of people at any place.
