X365 and stand alone software expiration

What happens to the stand alone software that is part of the package when you get the X365 version? Obviously when your subscription expires Video Pro X 365 will no longer function but will the Mercalli V6 SAL and New Blue Titler Pro 7 still work as they are separate programs or are they also time limited?

My understanding is that the Mercalli V6 SAL comes with a "lifetime" (i.e., permanent) licence. It is, after all, a "separate" program to VPX - there is no plugin to enable its direct use in VPX or MS.

I don't have Titler Pro so can only assume it is the same, i.e., a perpetual licence. I have other NB products, some of which I have owned for several years (so came with older versions of MEP/MS or VPX) and they still function normally.
