Please do not post serial numbers, order numbers email addresses or any other confidential information into the forum.

This is a publicly available user to user forum not Magix Support.

Posting email address and serial number is the quickest way of losing control of your product, it can alspo result in you receiving spam as a result of 'email address harvesters' which search websites looking for email addresses.

You may be able to log on to your Magix account here using the wrong email address and password, you can then change the email address to the correct one.

Failing that you will have to contact Magix Sales at infoservice@magix.net
