The version I bought was a PC version, I need a Mac version. How do I get in touch with a human?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and there is no method of directly getting in touch with a human, sorry.
Are you aware that Sound Forge MAC will not run under any version of MAC OS from Catalina onwards? Please see this post for the official Magix reason for this.
So, if you are running any recent version of MAC OS you need to email infoservice@magix.net and request a refund.
OTOH, if you do still have a version of OSX which will run SF MAC, you still need to email the same address and ask that they give you access to the installer for the MAC version.
