Good day.
I just received Music Maker Premium 2021 a few hours ago and it will not load on either of my computers. It gives an error message that I am not on the internet and, as you see, I am.
Does anyone have any idea how to make it load? I have the boxed disk set.

What OS are you running? If it is Win 7, please read this thread, especially the final post from a member of Magix staff, which details how to check your Internet Security Settings.
If you do not use Win 7, please give us full details of your computer spec (adding it as your signature will mean it is easily available to you and any user trying to help you). This post will show you the details we really need!
