Will not display whole video to be edited

My Movie Edit Pro 16 Plus will only display 56 minutes of a video to be edited

Only recently happened

Have tried uninstalling and re installing still the same no change

You did not give us a lot of infromation but you can try this. If that does not work please provide some more detailed information, your computer specs and a screen shot if possible.

Couldn't read the bubble. Tried to guess but no good

Using Windows 7 64 bit operating system

4 GB RAM

Intel R core TM 2 Quad Q8300 processor

Have a screenshot but don't know how to add it to this message

The recording I'm trying to edit is in MPEG4

Could that be the problem

Hi,

I am not sure if you clicked on the screen shot, that should have enlarged it enough to read. The bubble says "If you see something like this, double click it so the light blue turns back to light gray and your movie should play through."

The other possibility is that you have zoomed in on the timeline so it only shows a portion of the total.

Many thanks, problem now solved

I uninstalled, removed registry and re installed

All back to normal

Would still like to know how you got the screenshot with bubble and info into the blue answer box
