I want to export a song from magix music maker 16, but it won't let me anymore. I have done it before, and now it shows in the file menu that it's not an option. Any idea whats wrong with it?
There's nothing "wrong" with it. When you install MM for the first time, you get only a limited number of MP3 conversions. It should have been giving you a message each time telling you how many you had left. You will need to purchase a license for unlimited MP3 conversions. Go to...
Help (menu) > Update program / Upgrade functions > Activate additional functions > Activate MP3...
I bought the full product. There is no option for activate additional options! I am going to be pissed off if that is not apart of this program. All other products have the capablitily of converting your tracks to MP3 or WAV.
Are you telling me that I have spent four days trying to export an MP3 file and gettign nowhere - and emailing support and so on.. when there is something that needs to be "activated"? if so why? I have used MMM 2012, and 2013 and Samplitude with no problems why suddenly have I got to go outside the product just to do a simple exporting procedure? I am very upset as I can see is the other user posing the original Q (virtue1)
also, I tried what you suggested and when I click on help I get only an option to update, not to upgrade... and the updates are up to date anyway! and I ahve not used my 'quota' of exports as I have not amnaged to export one single track and I have had the programme a week. So angry and upset that I bought this . I had never any problems before with previous versions of MMM
I have the full version also so why must I purchase a code to convert more mp3 after I use the 20? This is ridiculous really, the program was exppensive enough and then to be told I have limilted mp3 exports is just taking the p1$$.
