Why when i export my music to MP3 it just doesnot play on media player ?

I export it to MP3 , to have it on my celphone but when i try MP3 mode on windows it just doesnot do any sound :/ Any ideas for what am i doing wrong ?

when you export a file you need to change what it is played by...

goto the saved file MP3 then Right click go into properties and change the file it opens with
