Why software is crashing or freeze? i have a good setup!

Hello guys i have problem with my software because when im working normal the program freeze or crash or simple cant stop and remove process on the task manager.... please help i need finish my tracks as soon possible....

my setup core i5 , GPU Zotac 450 1 GB GDDR 5, 16GB RAM, Audio Card Avid M Box

@Djhusmx Could you please make a screenshot of your audio settings inside the program settings and of the settings if your click on the "Advanced..." button?

of course give me a moment the software again freeze and i cant stop the task manager process

@Djhusmx Thanks. I looked up Avid Mixbox and the device and its drivers are very old which could be the cause for the instabilities but I'm not sure. If you change ASIO the drivers to Magix Low Latency and activate your Mixbox device and its inputs and outputs under the "Avanzado..."-settings, does it run any better?
