More information is needed:-

Do mean Music Maker 2015 or Music Maker Jam?

If Music Maker 2015:-

  1. Which version - Basic, Premium or one of the special editions?
     
  2. Which model Korg MIDI keyboard?
     
  3. How are you connecting the Korg?
     
  4. Does the Korg show up in the programs settings Audio / Midi tab as an input device?
     
  5. Have you selected an Instrument / Synthesizer and set a track to MIDI record?
     
  6. Computer specification and Windows version?
