Sometimes when I import a video clip for editing in Magix Video Pro X5,the audio is either very slow or too fast. But sometimes it's perfect. I can't figure out why this is. Can you help me solve this issue?

While mine isn't the same as yours (I have MEP), Nothing fixes weird behavior in the timeline for me like a repair install.  You might try that first, and then if that is the problem, consider running it on a regular basis.  (Run the install program you hopefully saved to HD and select the repair option, assuming your version has one.)

You can use GSopt or MediaInfo to analyse some of the video.
