Why does my new Music Maker 2014 Not have a menu bar?

There is no menu bar at the top of the screen. Can't go to the file menu or any other menu. Why? How can this be fixed?

Hi,

Try pressing F4 key to reset the program. Let me know if this gets the menu bar back.
