Why does Magix cut off a 23 min long video into 15 min via upload?

moonreaper wrote on 12/19/2012, 5:01 PM

When I try to upload a home video, Magix only uploads 15 mins of the 23mins on the disk (Even though WMP plays it in its entirety). Im trying to compile multiple home videos into one that will be 1.5hours long, this upload bug comes after 2 video uploads.

Hi again.  Is this problem linked to your other one of MEP "seeing" 2 CDs as the same?

Again, as I suggested in your other thread, rather than "upload" the footage I would try to copy it to your HDD and then open it in MEP.

The issues were in the same project, saving files to HDD before uploading onto MEP worked fine
