Why do some people that access our site only get gibberish?

When some people access our site on the internet, the site comes up in a language that is not understandable. It doesn't post the site as we have published it. What is the problem? This happens on PC and Mac hardware.

There must be an error either in the HTML codepage being set, the users experiencing this problem have there web browser codepages set to another language or javascript turned off.

Are there a lot of Flash elements in the site and can you post a link to the website if it is not a private site.
