Why do i only get 4min of footage?

When i try and export my footage as a AVI It Shuts My PC Down. But When i try And Burn It As A MVP It Only puts 4min Of footage On The DvD. How Do I Get The Whole Thing To burn And play?

1. Exporting as AVI - make sure the two check boxes as shown in this image are not checked

2. Burning as MVP - this is not possible as the MVP is the project file. What settings are you using to burn to DVD?
