I purchased and registered "Photo story on DVD MX on 31-5-13. It has functioned fine up until now. When I try to include a movie clip on to the storyboard, a pop up message requests me to "reactivate".My computer has recently been repaired. I have re-installed my Photo Story programme, and it worked fine up till now. Please advise. Many thanks.

Hi

Every time you do a clean install you will have to register the program and any codecs which require registration.  Once you register then it should be OK until the next time you do a full install.

Hi

From your duplicate post are you saying that you originally purchased the codec and now, after you have selected Activate online, it does not and repeats the prompt again?
