@Wyvonne-Hawkins Are you trying to pay with credit card? There might be a problem with your credit card provider, for example your card might not support the necessary security mechanisms or maybe you use a prepaid debit card which might not be accepted.
In case you cannot use PayPal you may contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them if you can buy a coupon code from them. You can then enter the coupon code during checkout which will bring the price to 0.
