It would be helpful to know how long the video is, how complex it is and what format and resolution you are trying to export to.  Also some basic system specs such as RAM, Operating System, and CPU.

.dll errors can be cause by your system running out of resources (ram disc cpu etc.), a corrupt or severly fragmented registry or hard disc, or even some forms of malware (virus, trojan, etc).

Knowing the information in the first paragraph can help to know if it is a simple resource issue.
