I followed the instructions for downloading the +1,000 sounds from Catooh given both in the help and on the forum, but I don't seem to have the coupon mentioned. I do have a serial number, but that doesn't work on Catooh.

You didn't say whether you purchased MMM on line. I am assuming that you did. The coupon code is in the email that you received with the serial number for MMM. It should be the part as follows:

To download the sound package, please click on the "Catooh" button after installing Music Maker 2015 and follow the instructions.

Yes, I did order on line, but there was no coupon code in the email confirmation. There was a line which read "Minus the value of your coupon (6MGX15AW)" - but that particular code/number comes up as invalid in Catooh. I haven't got anything anywhere with a code beginning G2-XXX etc.
I only had one email which confirmed and concluded my purchase. Here's my original order number:20150604007187914MXC

Hi Tim,
Never post order numbers, serial numbers or coupon codes on a public site like this one. Remove them immediately or anyone can use them. I'm out camping with no access to my computer so I can't help much more until I get home in about a week.
Maybe someone else can jump in here.
