where is my upgrade

I bought an offer to upgrade to V15 of Sound Forge when it came out and expected an email with a link to do so when it became available. This never happened and now I cannot find out any information about how to correct this. Please contact me immediately and let me know your solution. Thank you. Mark Bender

@Mark-Bender Hello. This is just a user forum and here are only users like you. You need to contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them about your problem. Usually the mails were already sent out month ago. I got mine some days after Sound Forge Pro 15 was released.

Email from Magix can inadvertently be placed in your email's Spam or Junk mail folders, so check there first. Otherwise as @SP., stated contact Magix customer service.
