Where do I simply find an email address for Magix support???

I really hope some one from Magix is reading these posts. I finally managed to purchase a new laptop. I need to activate and install Spectral Layers Pro 7 which came with my VegasPro18 update purchased in late August. How does anyone actually get in touch with some one at Magix? After all of the Magix software I've purchased, I can't even find an email to contact them. Come on Magix. How about providing an easy to find support email link?

@marc-langelier

Welcome to the Magix user to user forms, so not a contact for any Magix staff.

Hence, there is really no-one here who can directly help you, sorry.

Have you checked your Magix Account (log in and go to My Products for available installers and serial keys) though you need to remember that SL7 is now a Steinberg product.

Spectral Layers is no longer an SCS or Magix product, Support for SL is with Steinberg. They have a users forum as well. https://www.steinberg.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=305

Magix Customer Service is at: https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/request
It can be confusing, If you need help requesting a support ticket,, see the instructions in this recent comment:

Thanks. I'm just getting back to this now. I am aware that Spectral Layers 7 is not actually a Magix product. However, the license to Spectral Layers 7 was included with my upgrade to VegasPro 18. That is why I am inquiring about how I obtain this download, etc., with Magix.
After searching my email, I did find the Magix support email address. I emailed them directly.

@marc-langelier You need to download SpectraLayers from Steinberg.
