Where are the Regroup functions?

I did not realise there was a limit of 99 scenes in a title. My movie has around 180 scenes and MoD7 states that it will only create a title for every other scene. But I would like to pick my own 99 scenes.

How do I regroup some of the scenes I have split as I cannot find the Group/Regroup commands described in the manual:.

It will often be the case that you will want to move whole scenes or even groups of scenes to a different place within a film. This functions quite intuitively:

Select all the sequences you want to regroup (using the shift key). When they are selected, press CTRL+L. You also can use the icon looking like a chain.
