Where are the database and calendar links

Again, just trying out PM deluxe but don't see any left-hand panel links to Database, Calendar, or File Information. Have these been changed in the latest version? I have tried checking with the tutorials and they all show these displayed.

@Charles-Kelly

Assuming that when you say you are trying out PM Deluxe, you actually mean you have the Trial version then the features you are seeking are not available unless you purchase the full version. Like all Magix software trial versions, some features are not available.

Correct it is a trial version but nothing suggests that any functions are missing just time-limited. Are you confirming that these are on the full version?

Indeed I am! Once purchased, you will see the following option in the top right hand corner of the workscreen:

Activating it then shows this menu on the left hand side:

Many thanks for that clarification. I am looking at this as a replacement for Picassa which has been my preferred photo management tool for many years now.

One other question I posted at the same time but have had no response was "Is it possible to add 'custom crop' sizes to the drop-down crop box as I regularly use 2 x1 as my preferred crop ratio". Are you able to comment on this question?

@Charles-Kelly

Sorry for the delay in replying!

Photo Manager is a cataloguing/database program. I have never attempted to use it for any form of image "editing", like cropping an image. I just had a look at the Help file for "crop" and was left rather more baffled than I was to begin with!

However, I do have a dedicated Image Editing program installed on my computer (not by Magix) and have designated it as the app to be opened when I click on an image to edit it. In that app I can create a Custom Crop ratio if I wish to do so.
