When recording, magix switches my interface from 48v to 96 v or 44.1v

I've been using Magix Music Maker 2020 plus for a little over a month now and its been amazing! When prompted to upgrade to 2021 premium for a reduced price, i jumped at the thought. But, after the money went through and the program downloaded, I found myself with an issue that I cant for the life of me figure the answer out to. When I push record, the system goes into my Focusrite Scarlet Solo 3rd gen interface and switches my condenser mic from 48 v to either 96v or 44.1v, causing the program to crash. I have dug through the manual, Uninstaller and reinstalled not only 2021 edition but the 2020 edition as well, which only after purchasing 2021 started giving me the same issue. I just want to record,.and I've been stuck on this issue for days

I cant for the life of me find a damn phone number to call for help, so does anyone in this forum have any solutions i could try?

@James-Pore

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

There is no phone number to call; support is either via this forum (if other users can help) or direct to Magix via the Support button in the header of any forum page.

However, your post is very confusing! You say the system ... switches my condenser mic from 48v to 96v or 44.1v. "v" is the normal abbreviation for volts, but there is no way that that could be what you mean! Condenser mics need some kind of voltage to make them work, from as little as 1.5 or 3 for so-called "electret" condensers to as much as 48 for professional mics. No mic I know of needs 96v!!

So, I'm going to guess you actually mean 48 or 96 or 44.1 kHz, i.e. Sample Rate. If so, you need to ensure that whatever sample rate you have selected in MM (via the Program Settings>Audio/MIDI tab) matches what the Scarlett is set to. Exactly how to set this up will depend on the driver you have selected on that MM tab; with more details from you about this we may well be able to help you further.
