Hi @Steve-Kinabrew,
Try "File> Reset all preferences and cached data" . Restart the PC, launch SF and reactivate (If prompted).

I tried all of that. I wish I could talk directly to a tech person. I'm thinking that Magix is not interested in my business. Thanks for the response!

@Steve-Kinabrew This is very likely a Windows user account privilege problem and if it is, then it has nothing to do with Sound Forge. Your user account doesn't seem able to save the registration to the Windows registry. In this case you must configure your Windows user account correctly.

@Steve-Kinabrewyou can request a Magix tech support ticket. They will most certainly help you out. I am not aware of any free phone support
Requesting Magix support is a bit convoluted so you should peruse my cheat sheet from another thread..
