Hi, again not an answer. I have just got the device and software, when I first try and view a video using magix, I get colour, if I stop or pause, to then record, it is black and white, and the only way to get colour back is to uninstall the software. But then the same process happens again, colour at the start, then goes to black and white. Have setup on another pc, and not a problem.
