when i have finish install any application / software in my laptop it language automatically be in chines language/writing. How can i change the language..?

I got Windows vista in Japanese, but when I install software I can choose language I want. What is happening with your computer is strange.

Unless you provide some details such as

your computer's operating system in English/Chinese which one?

do you got dual operating system on your computer?
