when i audio rec on mmm14 it starts to skip once i push rec

i started recording every thing was working fine untill i put a protaction program on my computer after that it started skipping once i push record to rec audio somebody told me that it was skipping becouse the program was trying to protact every time i try an rec so i took it off an it started working fine again for a little while now its doing the skipping thing again an i cant figure out why this time im using mmm14

 

help me please.......an thank you if u can help

Hi Chris,

Perhaps you can explain what you mean by "skipping" and provide screen shots of the main MMM window and the recording parameters window.

By the way, it took me a few seconds to understand what "protaction" was. I was going to look up this type of program in Google. The word is "protection" not "protaction." Proper spelling helps, as does puntuation and grammar.
