I have Music Maker 25 Ultimate. So my question is, does the Ultimate grant you Commercial (Royalty Free) or Commercial (Where I can make money off of it.) If it is Royalty Free what steps do I need to take to use the loops for money?
So I have Music Maker Ultimate and Unlimited with that can I stream myself making music with the loops with other artist? Also what other licenses do I need to get to use them on stream for monetization? I don't want to get in trouble by using magix product for monitory gain without expressed permission.
@FBOMBS Loops Unlimited subscription is non-commercial only. Monetization in any way needs a commercial license. I believe Music Maker 2025 Ultimate comes with 20 Soundpools. These can be used commercially. Doing non-monetized live streams with non-commercial loops is fine.
Also, be aware that doing live streams can lead to copyright problems. Because you'll probably show how to build songs and play the audio loops naked. A lot of different people have registered their songs into Content databases. This isn't allowed for music made out of samples, but they did it anyway. Since you are using the same audio loops, your streams might get copyright flagged.
This is a general disadvantage of using audio loops in combination with the broken automatic copyright systems on YouTube or Twitch. You can't do much about this.
Magix itself usually won't get you in any trouble. Trouble is always caused by bad actors registering royalty free audio loops as their own.
