I have read the forums for several yeaars now and ahe question  has been asked several times and the answers are always a bit nebulous to  say the least.  The question  is.....CAN i USE MAGIX (insert Program name) FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES SO I CAN MAKE MYSELF FAMOUS, RICH, POPULAR...whatever...how about a simple YES or NO...and if NO, what SIMPLE proceedure must I follow and how much is it going to cost me ?   Plain and simple German, English, French, Spanish, etc will suffice not a bunch of legal BS....now go ahead Magix, I dare you to make your customers happy.

We are not MAGIX.  MAGIX does not read these postings except for monitoring purposes or respond to them except on extremely rare occasions.  The people who answer questions here are all MAGIX product user's.

It has been clearly and completely explained several times over the last several months.  If you are still unable to grasp the concept, there's nothing we can do for you.

Here it is....short and sweet....

Go to CATOOH and buy the Audio Pro license for all of your audio samples and soundpools.

@ gnarly

A properly phrase question without the use of capitals - these are considered as shouting - will get a better response from the users on this forum.

If you use the search box on the right you will find that the topic of commercial use has been covered many times before and responded to in simple terms.  Also look at these items:

       http://www.magix.info/uk/pages/rules/

       http://www.magix.com/us/eula/consumer/

       http://www.magix.com/us/eula/professional/

Without the legal stuff to guide and protect the user, it is possible to end up on the wrong end of legal proceedings with the consequence of being very much out of pocket and/or worse.
