What have you improved in your program if editing?

I have purchased several program from Magix, the fist ones up to magix edit pro 11 were working fine. Since Magix edit pro 11, when you import video from your camcorder or video card, the dates that are on the video card is 3 hours different when you fade in the date and time on your movie line while doing some editing with these Magix edit pro 11 and pu 15. 16, 17 and not 2013 . When you can correct this defficiency, I will certainly not promote Magix as a good editing program and I am telling anyone that wants to listen or wants to buy an movie editing program.

Hi

Which dates are you looking at for the video card - Created, Modified or Accessed?

MEP uses the Modified Date from the video clips.

Also have you checked you camera Date/Time is set correctly or you have not applied a Time Zone offset?

. . . . When you can correct this defficiency I will certainly not promote Magix as a good editing program . . . .

Have you been happy with the program apart from the date issue?

This is a users forum - have you reported this as a bug to Magix?

John
