Try re-installing the drivers for the Kaiser Baas device - note if you have MEP 2015 or 2016 then you need the 64 bit driver. 

If this fails then it is likely that the upgrade process has corrupted some of the Windows files which affect MEP - in which case you will have to re-install MEP - see this tutorial for the correct procedure.

When posting a question please give the version of the program you are using and your computer specification
